The Hong Kong Railway Museum, located in the heart of Tai Po Market, covers 6,500 square meters and was converted into an outdoor museum on the site of the former Tai Po Market Railway Station. The former station building, built in 1913, is a distinctive traditional Chinese building with a pyramid-shaped roof. The station was declared a monument in 1984, and after restoration and renovation, the museum opened to the public in 1985.

Cultural Experience Activity: Hakka Tea Cake Making Experience Hakka villagers will teach how to make Hakka tea cakes. Participants can not only learn about the history of tea cakes, but also make their own unique tea cakes of different shapes and taste their own finished products, experiencing the sense of success of “eating from one’s own crops”.

BBQ (10 people per stove) for 2.5 hours, including steak (1 piece per person) and all-you-can-eat items: chicken wings, pork chops, golden ribs, beef balls, fish balls, sausages, cheese sausages, and lion dog rolls. Each stove also includes a pack of charcoal and a bottle of distilled or mineral water per person (no tissues provided).

Participants must provide their full English name and the last 4 digits of their ID card (including the numbers in brackets). This information will only be used to purchase event insurance. Places are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
