At 2hand1love, we are committed to providing quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. As a charity business selling new and second-hand items, specific terms apply to refunds and returns. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options.
Overview
Our refund and returns policy applies to non-perishable items only. Refund requests for second-hand items or discounted products will be evaluated case by case.
For non-perishable new items, our returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To Be Eligible for a Return:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Items marked as “final sale” or heavily discounted.
- Opened or used personal care and hygiene products.
- Damaged items caused by misuse or improper handling.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
- Partial Refunds: In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items returned that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition due to reasons not caused by 2hand1love).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to officially post.
- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or heavily discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at shfl.org@gmail.com.
Shipping Returns
Before returning a product, please contact us at shfl.org@gmail.com.
- Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- For higher-value returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 2hand1love cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
