Overview
Our refund and return policy applies only to non-perishable goods . Refund requests for second-hand or discounted goods will be processed on a case-by-case basis.
For brand new, non-perishable goods, the return policy is valid for 7 days , starting from the date you receive the goods. If more than 7 days have passed, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange.
Return Policy
- The product must be unused , unopened , and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Goods must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation).
Non-returnable items
- Products marked as special offer or heavily discounted.
- Personal care and hygiene products that have been opened or used.
- Goods damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will notify you of the refund approval result via email.

- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
